Attendee FAQs

McMaster University Bus Schedule 

A designated bus will be available every half hour starting at 9:30a.m. outside the Ivor Wynne Centre - by the loop area - campus map .  Last bus leaves FirstOntario Centre at 3:00p.m.

Mohawk College Bus Schedule

  • Pickup location is on the Mohawk campus (135 Fennell Avenue West) the “H-Wing” Entrance outside of the Library/Collaboratory on Fennell Ave.
  • The first pickup is scheduled for 9:30am
  • Students will be driven to the First Ontario Centre (101 York Blvd)
  • Students will be picked up at the Mohawk campus every 30 minutes
  • The final return trip from the Hamilton Convention Centre will take place at 3:15pm

Redeemer University College Bus Schedule

A designated bus will be available every half hour starting at 9:30am at Northern Entrance parking lot, outside Auditorium. Last bus leaves FirstOntario Centre at 3:00pm.

Driving to the Fair  - Click here

Please bring your student or alumni ID card from the school you attend. Free admission for students/alumni from a degree/diploma program at McMaster University, Redeemer University College and Mohawk College.

Public are welcome at the fair from 11:00a.m. - 3:00p.m. and are not required to bring a piece of ID.

Public will be admitted free of charge from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Students and alumni from a degree/diploma program at McMaster University, Mohawk College, and Redeemer University College will be admitted free of charge from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. with their student ID.

Dress for success.  It’s the best impression you can give. Research the organizations in advance of the job fair - Who's Hiring.

If you are a student, attend a preparatory workshop at your career centre office.

If you are a member of the community, attend a preparatory workshop being hosted by community employment agencies.

At a Job Fair, you will have the opportunity to network with representatives from organizations with job opportunities available at the time of the Fair or within six months following the Fair. Employers recruit for full-time, contract, summer, co-op, internship, and part-time jobs.
